Board Members
Lloyd Chapman - Chair Lloyd Chapman was elected to the Board in 2004. He is a partner in the Trinity Farm Rose Museum in Otaki and secretary of Keep Otaki Beautiful. He was chair of the Otaki Promotion Group, and founding chair of the Otaki Railway Station Community Trust.
Graham Smellie - Deputy Chair Graham Smellie was the founding chair of Enterprise in 1994. He has served continuously on the Board since its inception. He has worked at Crop & Food Research since 1992 and is Site Manager at Palmerston North.
Hillary Wooding - Kapiti Coast District Council Representative
John Yeoman - Horowhenua District Council Representative John Yeoman is the Chief Executive of Electra. The Electra group includes Electra Ltd, Electra Contracting Ltd trading as Linework, Stones Electrical, and Oxford Finance Corporation Ltd. John brings extensive business and commercial management skills to the board.
Jack Rikihanga - elected Member
Richard Orzecki - Te Runanga o Raukawa Representative, elected Member Richard Orzecki has served on the Board for two years. He is from Ngati Wehiwehi which is located in Manakau. He is Chair of Te Runanga o Raukawa, and an elected member on the Otaki Community Board.
Ewen Paynter - Muaupoko Tribal Authority Representative Ewen Paynter ensures provision of administrative support for the mandated iwi authority for Muaupoko with over 2,200 members both throughout New Zealand and overseas. He represents the Authority on the Horowhenua District Council Youth Subcommittee and Joint Transport and Health Services Subcommittee, Age Concern (Horowhenua) Inc, Levin Streetball, Strengthening Families, and a number of other inter-iwi collaborative groupings.
Shelly Mitchell-Jenkins - elected Member Shelly is a director and co-owner of Colbert Cooper Limited, a chartered accountancy practice in Levin. A Chartered Accountant, Shelly and her team provide accountancy and tax services to a wide range of businesses and individuals largely in the Horowhenua area. Along with service to the financial community in the area, Shelly is also involved in the Horowhenua Events Centre Trust, Levin Charitable Trust and Horowhenua Scholarship Trust and is currently Chairperson of the Manawatu Branch of the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants.
